We
defined science as a systematized body of knowledge acquired through various
processes such as observation, inference, making of hypothesis, experimentation
and formulating of conclusions or generalization. Electricity is a form of
energy used for heating and lighting and to provide power for machines.
Energy
is a precious commodity. It helps a nation alive. It runs industries,
transport, and communication facilities. It provides as conveniences in daily
living. The radio, television, light fixtures, stove, water pump and other
devices and appliances require energy to function. In home, there are so many appliances
that operate on electricity. Harnessing electrical energy provides us comfort
and facilitates the performance of certain tasks. These are made possible
because electrical energy is brought to our homes and to the different part of
the house via electrical circuits. Energy is the ability of an object to do
work and electricity is a convenient form of energy used at home. This is
especially true in urban areas.
Science
and electricity are such a two combination that plays a very important role to
us cause the combination of these two provides us and produces energy. Let’s
not waste energy, let us conserve for this cannot be mined as coal nor drilled from wells like
oil.
